Most orders are mixed, processed, and shipped within 1 business day after purchase.
Custom-mixed automotive paint orders are produced specifically for your vehicle’s paint code and are processed in the order received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Many automotive refinishing products are classified as hazardous materials and must comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Hazmat items may only ship via approved ground transportation services.
These products cannot be shipped using air transportation methods.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain offshore locations may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery times.
Customers will be contacted if additional shipping charges are required prior to shipment.
PO Box Shipping Policy
Certain products, including aerosol paints and hazardous materials, cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
If a PO Box is provided for an order containing restricted products, we may contact you to obtain a physical street address before processing your shipment.

Signature Requirements
Orders exceeding $299 may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Customers wishing to waive the signature requirement may contact us before shipment.
Please note that once a signature requirement is removed, The Auto Paint Depot cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise unavailable after carrier delivery confirmation.
