  • Optimal conditions: 60°F–75°F with low humidity.

Preparation Steps

Wash and Dry the Vehicle

Inspect the Repair Area

  • Identify all chips and scratches that need touch-up.
  • Remove any loose paint or debris from the damaged areas.

Mask Off Adjacent Areas

  • Use automotive-grade masking tape to protect areas not being painted.
  • Ensure edges are sealed to prevent unwanted paint application.

Application Guidelines

  • Shake the touch-up bottle vigorously before use.
  • Test on a discreet area to confirm color accuracy and technique.
  • Use light dabbing motions for small areas.

Apply Clear Coat

  • Wait 30–45 minutes after the last base/mid coat.
  • Apply 2–3 thin coats with 10–20 minutes of drying time between each.
  • If using a brush or pen, apply gently to avoid disturbing previous layers.
  • Drying Time:
    • Touch-dry: 1–2 hours

Cleanup Instructions

  • Use urethane reducer, lacquer thinner, or acetone for cleaning tools & spills.
  • Follow manufacturer’s safety guidelines when handling solvents.
  • Avoid direct skin contact with solvents.

Finalizing the Finish

  • Allow 2–3 days for full curing.
  • Use fine-grit rubbing compound or buffing polish for a smooth, glossy finish.

  • Read all precautions & warnings on the product label.
  • Always perform a color match test before starting.
  • Skipping the test may affect return & replacement policies.
